Kenneth R. Biederman, Director; Professor of Finance at the College of Business & Economics of the University of Delaware since May 1996. Dean of the College of Business and Economics of the University of Delaware from 1990 to 1996. He also served as Interim Dean of the College from February 1999 to June 2000. Director of Chase Manhattan Bank USA from 1993 to 1996. Formerly a financial and banking consultant from 1989 to 1990 and President of Gibraltar Bank from 1987 to 1989. Previously Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of West Chester Savings Bank; Economist and former Treasurer of the State of New Jersey and Staff Economist for the United States Senate Budget Committee. He serves on the Executive; Audit; Personnel, Compensation and Benefits; Budget; and Incentive Stock Option Committees.
