Dr. Hans-Georg Fleck - born 1953 in Germany, holds a Ph.D. (University of Cologne) in Medieval and Contemporary History, Eastern European History and Scandinavian Languages. Since 1991, he works with Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty as a Resident Representative abroad (first Poland, then Croatia and the former Yugoslavia). Since August 2005 he is residing in Jerusalem as the Head of the Jerusalem Office of FNF.
