Professor Sang-Mok Suh received his Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University. He has worked at the World Bank and served as the vice president of the Korea Development Institute (KDI) and senior counselor to the United Nations High-Level Advisory Board on Sustainable Development. He was elected to the National Assembly in Korea and served as Minister of Health. He is now in his third term in the National Assembly.
