The book you are holding consists of three reports presented at a conference “Administrative Barriers to Business Activities”, that took place in Sofia on July 28th, 2000, organized by the Institute for Marker economics (IME) with the financial support from the Dutch MATRA KAP program.

The main target of the study was to identify the entry barriers arising from contacts with the public administration and to suggest some steps for their reduction and elimination.
