The public administration reform, which took place in 1998, was a very important political and administrative issue for contemporary Poland and had a great influence on the shape of the public management system and general picture of the country. Work to reform Poland was done by politicians, experts and many other people. This book presents some of those people but the main subject of it is a portrayal of the decision making process presented through their opinions, comments and views.
