Paul Holden

Paul Holden is the Director of The Enterprise Research Institute in Washington DC.He spent eleven years at the International Monetary Fund as Senior Economist in the European Department and in 1992 he joined the Private Sector Development Advisory Group in the Latin America Technical Department of the World Bank.Mr. Holden received his Ph.D. in economics from Duke University.

Sarath Rajapatirana

Sarath Rajap Atirana is a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. He joined AEI after a long and distinguished career at the World Bank.
